The Championship flight is called the open flight. This is open to any Sawgrass woman who has golfing privileges. It is a cumulative gross score with four awards for the lowest scores. It will be played on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday of next week. The net flight will be played Tuesday and Friday. There will be one low gross and two low net prizes. We will enjoy a celebration following the conclusion of play on Friday. Don't miss the fun and excitement of our premier event of the season.

Rachel's Last Day at Sawgrass CC
March 15, 2011 was a beautiful day for our Shell Seekers Guest Day. Chairman Cornelia Murphy and her committee did an outstanding job. Twenty four foursomes enjoyed great golf, food and prizes. It was Rachel's last day with us and she was feted in several ways. The SWGA gave her a card, a photo montage and a gift. Lois Schwinger presented her with goodbye gifts from many people who wanted to express their thanks and admiration. The Boot Camp group gave her a framed shadow box with meaningful mementos. Paula Fairley had a video presentation. You can view it on http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FolUIiPfeXg
